The Courses
Developmental Kinesiology consists of 7 courses from conception speech development.
The following courses are taught in Developmental Kinesiology:- Integration of conception and decision
- Integration of our senses
- Integration of pregnancy and growth
- Integration of early childhood reflexes
- Integration of birth and change
- Integration of early childhood movement development
- Integration of speech and hand dexterity
During the courses of this series you get different informations about early childhood development and you have a lot of practical experiences. The participants get the possiblity to move as they did when they were small children, to balance it kinesiologically and to integrate past, present and future challenges within movement development and the perception system.
The courses work together and it is possible to attend them independently from each other.
Goals :
To provide information about childhood development,
to encourage respect and admiration for one's own growth and the growth of all children,
to provide tools which will allow for the discovery of one's innate potential and a consciousness awareness of everyday life: one's personal life, one's professional life and one's life-path,
to provide tools to balance with children and adults with developmental and learning challenges,
to qualify to teach children and parents with perceptual challenges.
Prerequisites for each course:- Knowledge of the 5- step-learning- model
(i.e. to learn in Brain Gym® 101 or in the day course "The 5 steps to success")
- Experience with noticing and muscle checking
(i.e. to learn in Brain Gym® 101, Touch for Health or in the day course "The 5 steps to success")
The courses of Developmental Kinesiology are certified by the Educational Kinesiology Foundation and the German Federation of Kinesiology (DGAK).
They are level 2 and level 3 elective courses of the requirements for licensure as a Brain Gym® Instructor.
They are elective courses of the re-licensure requirements of Brain Gym® Instructors.
